Man Down

In Man Down, the actors fight with their emotions in an enclosed space, show the vulnerability of man, and overcome their fears. They literally and figuratively step out of their comfort zones. The audience is shown the true man without the illusions, stereotypes and prejudices of society.
Man Down is a confrontational performance about man, made by a female director, Priscilla Vaudelle. Priscilla's curiosity about man was triggered by the different men in her life: her grandfather, her father, her brother, her husband and her (then) future son. This resulted in an honest piece where she and the actors worked together to portray a diverse, but above all, realistic image of man. The piece is based on the stories and experiences of eight LostProject men.
