Innovative program
The new generation of theater makers is looking differently at the definition of theater; social themes are becoming more important and makers are cross-pollinating with other disciplines. For example, they combine film with dance, research theater on location or present a live podcast. We enjoy working intensively with them because we believe in their creative power, vision and new perspectives. By moving with the makers and facilitating them, they can focus on their artistic signature. Within THINX they explore and expand the current boundaries of theater, creating new combinations of actors and audiences. Together we shape the theater of the future!
THINX makers
With the THINX program we support talents at the beginning of their professional career by actively thinking with them about their ambition as a maker. We offer them the necessary knowledge and space to grow in their artistic, events and professional development. Our involvement and expertise has already helped many creators achieve their ambition.

Future makers
Urban dance or spoken word, self-taught or academy; at THINX we don't think in boxes, but we check talent. Talent that, with the right support, can grow into a star on theatre. Within the THINX program you can experiment with interdisciplinary forms of theater. You get the space to continue develop your artistic vision and give it a theatre. In this program, you will receive (artistic) guidance from THINX mentor Vitória Aquino and an external coach from the professional field.
THINX is the cultural partner in Eindhoven of PLAN Brabant. As THINX creator, Parktheater provides you with rehearsal space, performance dates in our theater building, technical, facility and publicity support and a small financial contribution. We also support you in your search for additional financial resources to pay for your productions.

Creators who completed their THINX careers in 2024

By now, many theater makers have already completed their trajectory and flown out into the field. Among others, Oscar de Boer, Marcel Osterop, André Grekhov, Michèle Rijzewijk (Mies-en-Scène) and Inge Wannet developed within THINX. We are proud to have past event able to support these creators in their dreams.
THINX open evening
THINX is a breeding ground for innovation and creation, but it is also a place where knowledge and inspiration come together. Current THINX creators are inspired by the knowledge gained by former THINX creators. In this way we build a collective where knowledge is not lost but is passed on. By staying in contact with each other, new collaborations and groundbreaking theater emerge. In order to keep feeding this collective, there is an annual THINX open evening. An evening full of knowledge and deepening, inspiring meetings and beautiful previews in which THINX makers show their 'work in progress'.
