Pay
When buying tickets you can pay with iDeal | Wero or credit card. It is also possible to pay with gift cards or Parktheater vouchers. At the box office we also accept debit card payments and cash payments.
Pay with gift cards or a voucher
Parktheater accepts the following vouchers/gift cards:
- Parktheater Gift Card
- Parktheater Voucher
- Parktheater (Comeback) Voucher
- Arts and Culture Gift Card / NR1 Gift
- VVV gift card*
- Play gift card (also special edition from Parktheater) / Theatre and concert voucher
- The Eindhoven Gift Card
You can use this to pay at the box office, by phone and online via the website. Please note: the Parktheater Gift Card old style has no code and can therefore not be used online. It can only be redeemed at the box office.
- At the checkout counter/phone: When ordering, keep the unique code on your coupon/gift card handy.
- Online via the website: at checkout, choose one of the options as payment method and enter your unique code. Is the credit on your voucher/gift card not sufficient? Then additionally choose another payment method to af the remaining amount.
If this does not work (maybe you have an older version of the card in question). After purchasing your tickets, you can fill out this form and send it to the ticket sales department together with the receipt(s). The amount will be transferred to your account as soon as possible.
** Since July 1, 2020, the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Act (Wwft) has come into effect. This means that you can pay a maximum of €50 per transaction with your VVV gift card. You can pay the remainder via iDeal | Wero.
Tickets cancellation, exchange and loss
It is possible that a performance is cancelled. In that case we will inform ticket holders as soon as possible. In case of cancellation, you will receive a refund of the amount paid (excluding shipping costs).
Ticket exchange / return service
If you are unable to attend, you can exchange your tickets for another performance (free of charge) or a credit voucher (€ 2.50 cancellation fee). Please contact us for the possibilities.
Loss of tickets
You may have lost or misplaced your tickets. In that case, please contact us.
Send E-tickets / paper tickets
When ordering, you have the choice between e-tickets and sending tickets by mail.
E-tickets
are tickets sent to you by e-mail. Show them on your cell phone (or print them out on paper) when you visit the performance. E-tickets are also available in the Ticketmatic app. You install the Ticketmatic App on your cell phone via the Appstore or the Playstore. Read more about the Ticketmatic App here.
Paper tickets
Paper tickets will be sent to your home address. You pay € 2.50 postage and packing.
Prices, VAT, service and shipping costs
The ticket prices include checkroom, intermission consumption, VAT and service charges, but exclude shipping costs (if tickets are sent by mail). The service fee covers, among other things, system costs, data communication costs, sales costs, administration costs, customer service costs, banking costs and transaction costs. No consumption is included for youth performances and performances at Pand P and Natlab.
Waiting list
For sold-out performances you can be put on the waiting list. Please contact us for this. When tickets become available, we will let you know.
Know where to buy
Buy your theater tickets safely and worry-free. The best way to buy tickets is through Parktheater Eindhoven. There are many dubious websites/sellers who buy and resell tickets on a large scale without the consent of the artist. And you are the victim: you pay too much. Some resellers ask double or triple the normal ticket price.
