We provide broadening and deepening before, during and after a performance.

Theater lets you look through the eyes of another person. You step out of your daily world and are taken along in stories, ideas and experiences that touch, surprise and make you think.

Through theater, students learn not only about art and culture, but also about themselves and the world around them. It stimulates imagination, curiosity, empathy and the ability to look at things from different perspectives.

At the Parktheater we believe that a theater visit can be more than just a performance. That is why we also offer workshops, teaching materials, introductions, follow-up talks and meetings with makers. This creates space for deepening, reflection and conversation.

Last Minute Youth Award

Are you between the ages of 12 and 25? Then you can go to the theater* for €15 per ticket. This price is available online from 24 hours before curtain-up and applies to almost all performances (if not sold out). Will we check you soon?

*For performances with a regular price from €50 the last minute youth price is €25. Legitimation required on the day.

Learning & participating

Would you like to join us? Children and young people can learn about and participate in theater in various ways. Create a performance together, dance your dance school's final show in the Philipszaal or perform the group 8 final musical on the play of the Hertog Jan Zaal. Plenty of possibilities!

Musical4daagse

Children between 6 and 12 years old make a musical in four days during the school vacations, together with professional teachers. Look for more information on the website.

Theaterplan

Theaterplan'lives and works' in the Parktheater. Every year Theaterplan makes a big musical with talented young people (14 to 24 years) as well as smaller workshop and studio productions. Check their website.

WildPark

WildPark is the Parktheater 's youth theater platform for children and youth in Eindhoven. Children, young people and adults meet to create a performance together. Want to join? Check out the website!

Theatre of the city

What could be more fun than performing the grade 8 musical, the dance school's final show or the school song contest in a real theater? With professional lighting, good sound, comfortable seats and a nice dressing room? Check out our rental options.
