Let's talk about home

From November 1 to 18, 2025, the fifth edition of our oral theater festival took place: Let 's talk about home. The central question this year was: what did home mean? What did we need to feel at home somewhere? Our family history, cultural background and the places where we grew up left traces and shaped our ideas about identity and belonging.

During the festival we invited you to reflect on this question. Together we explored what unites us and what makes us unique. With stories, images and conversations we came closer to ourselves and to each other.

This year's program once again offered a rich mix of performances, art, workshops and more.

During Let's talk about home you could check special performances that all dealt with the concept of home in their own way. In addition to theater performances, we also offered an interactive program. As Parktheater, we like to take these program elements a step continue.

Food for Thought

During the festival we also organized Food for Thought. A unique dining experience entirely in style of the festival theme. We delved deeper into the concept of 'home' while enjoying delicious food. All guests received the same dinner and there was a wide choice of vegetarian snacks from multiple cuisines, flavors and cultures.

Why do we organize this festival?
In our empowering festival series Let's talk about... we want to explore the important themes that affect us all and that require deepening. For us, theater is the means to engage with each other. From that depth arises connection, and that is exactly what Parktheater wants to be: the connecting factor between a diversity of people, of all generations and with different opinions.
