For sociologist and choreographer Alida Dors, love is a balance between giving space and taking space. In the group work Primisi, Surinamese for 'permission', Alida draws on the broad tradition of dance.

Spatial patterns and formations form the basis for a joint search for a loving togetherness. What guides us in these movements? Is love a lamp, sailing in the mist, leading us to subsequent experiences? Alida employs interdisciplinary methods, and in this performance, she combines film, live music, and 9 dancers to form the basis for her formal language.
