RATATATATA!

You’re in for a top-notch cast at the top of their game: Theo Maassen, Ilse Warringa, Plien van Bennekom, Bianca Krijgsman, Steyn de Leeuwe, and Rop Verheijen join forces. In RATATATATA! , we meet a classical theater troupe during the nerve-wracking weeks between the first read-through and the premiere. What begins as an artistic collaboration quickly turns out to be a veritable snake pit where everyone craves attention and success. From a neurotic playwright and a faded star actress to a talentless revue performer and her explosive bodyguard, everyone is fighting for their place in the spotlight.

RATATATATA! crackles with energy: witty, bold, and at the same time painfully relatable. Because beneath all the glitz lies a simple question: how far will you go for success?

Don’t expect a prim and proper play or a cabaret spectacle, but a performance that’s practically bursting with zest for life.
