What happens when all your online behavior suddenly becomes public? In Browser History X, a family is confronted with exactly that situation.

The Smit family seems to have everything in order. Two parents with a clear vision of parenting and an adolescent daughter growing up in openness and trust. Everything is discussable, nothing remains unspoken. Until a website appears that announces that everyone's browser history will become visible.
Tension arises within the family. What begins as honesty turns into discomfort. Small confessions become larger, boundaries shift and relationships come under pressure. Meanwhile, the daughter tries to hold her own in a world where she feels she is falling behind.

Browser History X is a black comedy about shame, desire and privacy. About what we share and what we'd rather keep to ourselves. And about whether complete openness is really desirable.

After the acclaimed VREDE, this is the second part in the Millennial series. In that series, the generation that grew up with the Internet is confronted with its consequences.
