Khalid Alterch

After an impressive first season, rapper and actor Khalid Alterch, better known by his alias Icemanvieze, or Ice, returns to the theater. What started with try-outs at Theater Zuidplein grew into a huge success: 60 sold-out shows and more than 32,000 visitors, good for a gold status. This season his critically acclaimed show goes into reprise.

Ice initially became known for his music, with which he built a strong fan base. To this day, he is active as a musician and continues to release new music alongside his work as an actor and performer.

Ice has developed into a versatile performer in recent years. His big breakthrough as an actor came with his role as Tonano in the hit series Mocro Maffia. The character proved so strong that it received its own spin-off on Videoland, a second season of which is now underway. He also starred in the comedy series Nordin on Prime Video, a role that earned him a nomination for a Golden Calf.

In this performance Ice takes the audience into his personal story as a human being, artist and actor. He takes the audience to the streets of Rotterdam West, his father's ice cream truck and the Rotterdam market.

With a mix of humor and candor, he shares the highs and lows of his life. From bizarre experiences to confrontational insights: Ice knows how to switch between lightheartedness and vulnerability, making his stories both touching and entertaining.
