In 2027 Mannenkoor Lambardi from Helmond will celebrate a special anniversary: 75 years of choral singing at a high level. On the occasion of this celebration year, the choir will present a grand concert in the Parktheater on April 17, 2027, together with the Mastreechter Staar led by Hennie Ramaekers, the most famous male choir in the Netherlands.

The result is a unique encounter: two great men's choirs, one play, one evening of vocal power. The program contains a wide selection from the rich men's choir repertoire. Expect recognizable melodies, compelling choral works and surprising musical excursions - from opera to popular music.

The concert is conducted by Jules Luesink, who for this occasion brings the choirs together into one impressive whole. Pianists Leon Dijkstra and Michiel Ballhaus provide rhythm, color and drive to their musical accompaniment.

In addition, Lambardi welcomes a special guest: Brazilian soprano Carla Maffioletti, known for her virtuoso voice and warm play presence. Her solo contributions form a sparkling counterpoint within the men's choir program.

This anniversary concert is a tribute to 75 years of music, friendship and singing tradition - and an invitation to the public to join in the celebration. A festive evening for lovers of classical choral singing, but also for everyone who loves to be touched by vocal music of the highest level.
