In her very first “ solo ” show, 100 Men Later, Fajah Lourens takes the audience on a journey through love, relationships, attachment, and her rather impressive history with men.
The inspiration for the show came during her successful, sold-out previous theater tour. It was precisely when Fajah talked about men, relationships, and her own patterns that the audience laughed particularly hard. That was reason enough to turn it into an entire show.
In *100 Men Later*, Fajah looks back with self-deprecating humor on her search for love. From the absence of a father’s love and various stepfathers to falling in love, adapting to new situations, being abandoned, starting over, and—above all—trying very hard to keep it all under control.
Because why do we sometimes keep looking for love in someone else, when what we’re really longing for is something no one else can give us?
Fajah takes a ruthless look at her own patterns. She explores attachment, sex, relationships, therapy, ADHD, motherhood, and the uncomfortable truth that after a hundred men, you ultimately end up back with yourself.
100 Men Later is personal, confrontational, and at times painfully relatable. An evening filled with laughter, tears, perhaps a bit of vicarious embarrassment, and, above all, insights that will stay with you long after you go home.
About Fajah Lourens
Fajah Lourens first gained widespread recognition in 2002 for her role as Yasmin Fuentes in the popular soap opera *Goede Tijden Slechte Tijden*. This immediately established her reputation as an actress. She went on to play the lead role in the Dutch film *Als je verliefd wordt*, among other projects.
In addition to her work in the entertainment industry, Fajah developed a deep passion for fitness and healthy eating. What began as a personal quest for balance and strength grew into a successful events venture. With her bestseller “Killerbody,” she sold more than 300,000 copies and inspired hundreds of thousands of women to live stronger and more confident lives.
The success of her books led to the creation of a healthy lifestyle empire featuring the brands Killerbody and MKBM. In 2024 and 2025, Fajah toured Dutch theaters with an inspirational “ theatercollege .” In 2027, she will return to the play with her very first solo show, in which she shares her personal story, humor, and life lessons with the audience.
