It is impossible to imagine Dutch theaters without Groenendijk. His previous show Voor iedereen beter was highly praised by both press and public and for this show he received the prestigious Poelifinario, the award for the best cabaret program of the season. An award he received for the second time in his career, by the way.

According to the press, Groenendijk is a jack of all trades. The reviews called him coarse, subtle, engaging, sensitive, serious and above all primal. A man who delivers a bloodbath of ostentatious insults, but in addition always makes room for gentleness and valuable reflections. A mercilessly comic race entertainer at the top of his game.
