Marianne not only finds Christmas cards in her mailbox, but also a birth card! She goes on a maternity visit, but on her way she meets a shepherd who is mist a sheep. Will they find the sheep together? And on the way, of course, she takes a ride on the sleigh, will you join her?
The story consists of elements of the original Christmas story and Christmas themes of today such as the Christmas tree. There are many existing Christmas songs with adapted lyrics so they fit into the story, both from the original Christmas story (like The shepherds lay by nights) and newfangled (like Oh fir tree and I'm dreaming of a white Christmas). With beautiful piano accompaniment played in by Bert van den Brink.
