gO grOw
Parktheater Eindhoven devised and developed the Go Grow Growth Conversation Game for growth and performance interviews and to improve communication between employee and manager and/or between team members.
This inspiring method is widely applicable. For those who do not yet communicate well with others, an opportunity to start a conversation. For those who already speak with others regularly, an opportunity to make personal improvements. And for those who already speak well and easily with each other, an opportunity to make improvements in society.
Over time, it became clear that this innovative game, originally customized for Parktheater, could be useful for all kinds of companies, as it fits perfectly with the new assessment in the future. Perhaps something for your company?
The aim of the game is to get the best out of yourself and others through playful improvement and deepening of the dialogue.
The Go Grow game is available as a board game (Dutch and English version). And recently also in an online version; Go Grow Game.
Dialogue as a tool
Go Grow playfully improves the dialogue between employee and manager and between employees themselves. By improving and deepening the dialogue you come to a better understanding of each other's perspective.
Go Grow assumes that every employee is at his best when he has enough skills and knowledge, feels good about himself, can follow and share his passion, knows what next step he wants to take. Participants will engage in four rounds of discussion with each other on the topics of Know (knowledge and skill), Flow (feeling good about yourself), Glow (following and sharing passion) and Grow (future development).
Through conversations, arguments, visions, outpourings, jokes, laughs and maybe a tear, you get the best out of yourself and the other person. In the end you make concrete and successful agreements about future development and personal growth.

Go Grow Game
The online game (Dutch) makes it possible to play the game remotely, for example when working from home. The game works intuitively, is practical and immediately usable. This online edition is made possible by SintLucas, school for creative talent.
The costs
Go Grow Growth Conversation Game costs € 169.95 (excluding VAT and shipping costs). It is possible to buy the online version as well. The total price is then € 195,00.

Detailed explanation
A detailed explanation of gO grOw in Parktheater Eindhoven especially for your company? No problem. Groups of 8-10 persons are welcome. Costs are from € 250 (excluding VAT).
Happiness Walk
It is also possible to organize a customized Happiness Walk, in the Parktheater or outside in the Stadswandelpark for € 19.50 per person (€ 15.50 per person for 16 people). Even for an indoor/outdoor combination we do not turn our hand away.
Teambuilding
The above activities can also be combined with a meeting or gathering in your own organization or can be used as a stimulating team building session.
