Welcome to the biotope that Sanne and Fré are trying to establish. Experience their attempts as solo beings to relate to each other. Marvel at their idiosyncrasies, from the expression of grievances to their eating habits, let yourself be drawn into the riddles of the modern household, but also: indulge in their specialties of humor and music.
The two seem condemned to each other, trapped in a living room overlooking the street. Searching for a form of living together, they encounter each other's lives so far, sometimes in jubilant harmony, but more often in clashing differences and powerlessness. Who and what are they to each other? Can they get out on their own? And at what cost? Can members of the camelids and flying dogs form a living community at all? Or will they then give up what they were in freedom, by nature?
Did it once seem the intention to fathom the quality and meaning of life together, within the confines of this confrontational and comical performance everything seems to turn out to be survival.
"As a spectator, you experience a sense of displacement - and that is exactly the intention."
