DIEP is musical theater with fantastic luminous sea creatures, absurd scenes and nippy dialogues. The music, composed by Gábor Tarján is played live by percussionist Dirge Seçil Kuran.

We af to the depths of the ocean. Who does the sea actually belong to? Does a fish feel free? Do you even exist if you have not past event discovered? In the darkness of the deep sea, the most wondrous and often undiscovered animals and organisms pass by. What would their deep conversations be about?

  • Children must also be in possession of a ticket

The media about DIEP
"The actors disguise themselves at lightning speed and give each animal or organism a unique character." (Kidsweek ★★★★★)
"The beautiful puppets and costumes by Eva Arends and the phenomenal puppetry of the cast (Barend van Daal, Rabbi Jallo and Sophie Bakker) immediately bring the deep sea to wondrous, enchanting life." (Theaterkrant)

"Every scene makes you think and that is the beauty of this performance. It's a wonderful way to introduce children to philosophy and life in the deep sea, which is still so unknown to us."
