Professor S. is a stunningly realistic, but also magical, musical and humorous performance about the brain, which answers questions such as: “How do I become the best version of myself?” and “Can I shape my future myself?”

Professor S. travels across the country with his laboratory. Like a real stand-up comedian, he explains how our brains work. He sets his body and brain in motion with a musical machine. But if he makes a mistake, the machine short circuits! Professor S. finds himself on a rollercoaster of emotions and physical changes. Will he be able to master his brain again?

Based on the children's book series by professor of neuropsychology Erik Scherder, Fred Diks and Mariëlla van Beek. Scherder became nationally known for his humorous and special lectures at DWDD. The core of his work is the importance of movement and music. This performance makes his ideas accessible to children.
