Romijn Conen tells the moving story of a fifty-year-old who is evicted from his home by his wife, who says he can no longer be his lover if he continues to hide behind his disabilities.

He goes on his tricycle through the Netherlands to find out what he is still worth. For himself, but more so for all the people who believed in him. A gripping monologue of a man who, despite his aphasia, manages to find words for his resurrection (thought impossible by doctors). And for his wife's loving cry that he should try to be Romijn again.

This, partly autobiographical, play is Romijn Conen's comeback. A cry for life from an actor pur sang.
