The Amsterdams Kleinkunst Festival is proud to present the three finalists of the AKF Sonneveld Prize 2025. After an intensive pre-selection, a nationwide try-out tour, coaching by professional directors, master classes by Raoul Heertje, Jurrian van Dongen and Annick Boer, followed by the semi-finals and the blood-curdling final in De Kleine Komedie, they are ready for it.
Be surprised by a fresh batch of talented theater makers. Expect an evening of playful language virtuosity, compelling musicality, sharp humor and moving poetry. About the AKF
The Amsterdams Kleinkunst Festival has past event welcoming kleinkunst artists at all stages of their careers since 1988. The platform identifies relevant developments in the genre, scouts emerging talents, offers personal professional guidance and creates space for encounter and experimentation. In doing so, the AKF constantly strives for high quality, a distinct artistic identity and an enrichment of the genre, with the aim of reaching a wide audience.
Previous winners include Maarten van Roozendaal, Van der Laan and Woe, Yentl en de Boer, Stefano Keizers, Glodi Lugungu, Rosa da Silva, Lotte Velvet, n00b, Valentina Tóth, Luuk Ransijn and Ayoub.
