She's on a trip. There is bad weather. She walks, slides, falls, jumps, twists, sneaks and drags herself forward. Finally, she finds shelter. She makes a place of her own and falls asleep. Then, it starts to snow.

Als het sneeuwt is an infectious and funny mime and visual theater performance about the traveler’s dream. Suitable for children from 2 to 6 years old and anyone else who wants to be that small again.

Simone de Jong Company's performances are characterized by their musicality, humor and inventiveness. Previously, the company performed Eiland, Kluizelaar, WalvisJong, Timtim and Whisper City. Kluizelaar travels the world as Hermit and has received much international praise. In addition to being a director, Simone de Jong is a children's book writer. She wrote Het geheim van meneer Hartjes (Clavis, 2016) and Op zoek naar het groene goud (Clavis, 2021).
