STROOM
Are you already familiar with our label STROOM? During the theater season we program performances in various genres on Thursday nights. Talented, emerging and established theater makers explore the world, break through fixed frames of thinking and try to bridge differences between people. Stories that may be told in performances that touch, chafe and connect. After the performance you can talk to the maker during the Meet Up. What insights do you take with you? Will you go with the stroom or against it? In the program you can recognize a STROOM performance by its energy icon.

Let's talk about...
In our empowering theater festival Let's talk about... we explore current themes that really matter. Subjects that touch us all and demand depth. Within the programming, we give the theatre to different points of view and engage in conversation. In November, that will be Let's talk about Home. What does the concept of home mean? It is more than a place; it is a feeling shaped by our family history, culture and the places we grow up.

Nieuwe Maan
In January 2026 we organize the fourth edition of Nieuwe Maan: festival for transformation. Playwrights and visionaries explore the horizon in search of different (future) perspectives. In a diverse program full of performances, Moon speeches and performances you will be taken into a world of new futures full of hope and connection. With the moon as a symbol of transformation and
connection. The performances are indicated if they are part of Nieuwe Maan.
