The Ballet Orchestra, in collaboration with ISH Dance Collective, creates the musical theater performance Thor. An exciting performance about power, deceit and friendship, with live 43-piece orchestra, for families with children aged 8 and up.

Thor is an epic tale in classical music, hip-hop, dance and spoken word, based on the stories from the Edda, the Nordic mythology. Musicians and dancers together tell the story of Thor and his friend Loki going on an adventure. They discover the power of nature, feast with gods and compete for Thors hammer. An exciting performance about power, deception and friendship.
Thor, son of chief god Odin, is a rebellious child. With the lightning goddesses he drinks beer and beats up giants. But then he receives from fire spirit Loki the wonder hammer Mjöllnir, a gift that seals their friendship for life. When the troll king Prymr steals the hammer, a great adventure begins for Thor and Loki....
