This is 2020. The year of a suffocating virus. Of intelligent or non-intelligent lockdowns. Of Irma. Of support packages. And of a marrying minister who apologizes for this in the House of Representatives with tears in his eyes.

In this light-hearted annual review, Xander van der Wulp (political reporter NOS), Joost Vullings (political commentator EenVandaag) and Vincent Rietbergen (presenter Haagsch College) take you from the revolving cameras to the corridors. There are the answers to frequently asked questions. Which politician has done well and is preparing for election victory next year? And who already reserves a spot on the steps next to the king, at a distance of one and a half meters?

And this year too, the trio scouts for unsuspected talent at Het Binnenhof. A special guest will follow in the footsteps of concert pianist and President of the First Chamber Jan Anthonie Bruijn and cabaret performer and Member of Parliament Tunahan Kuzu.

This lecture in the Koninklijke Schouwburg in The Hague can be followed on December 15 via a livestream at home on the couch or you can watch it afterwards. The costs for this are € 7.50 (and € 10 from December 7) and you can sign up for the livestream via this link.
