Comedian Kasper van der Laan hilariously takes a closer look at the self-help industry that has been bursting at the seams.

Self-help gurus have failed. The self-help books don't work; charismatic speakers don't inspire. Happiness coaches don't work; the internet is bursting at the seams with blogs by experienced experts, and people are running from course to workshop.

Yet they are still unhappy and still unsuccessful. Why? Because all self-help gurus are wrong. The need is great, but any solution these self-help charlatans provide will leave the self-help seeker disappointed. Kasper answers this cry for help and continues where self-help gurus have failed.
