The Roaring Twenties: the unsurpassed, magnificent, chic, swinging, singing, stirring, moving, champagne-toasting, crème de la anti-wrinkle crème experience of the decade is coming to the Parktheater.

An evening like never before! An anniversary performance that revives the glory days of Släpstick as delicately as it will elegantly. Bathe in the splendor of the Jugendstil banquet hall and revel in the decadence of the upper class…

And yes, what if the table legs are a little shaky? So what, if the organ is about to collapse? What if the chandelier hangs on a few loose bolts? Everything works fine! Everything is completely under control! Absolutely nothing can go wrong! Nothing can stand in the way of this thunderous anniversary evening! So, put on your party clothes and hit the red carpet. The Roaring Twenties is coming to the theater, and you are cordially invited.

Släpstick was founded in 1997 under the name Wereldband and is celebrating its 25th anniversary this season. To celebrate, the group is putting on a festive performance. Because Släpstick wants to give their entire audience the opportunity to celebrate the anniversary, she is hosting a Ball in every theater. A performance in the style of a 1920s party, complete with red carpet. A performance that ends in a party with the audience.

''Het vijftal van Släpstick brengt een schitterende ode aan de grootheden van de stomme film.'' ★★★★★
