Lucille Werner is a television presenter, program maker and has her own foundation: the Lucille Werner Foundation. She has been employed by KRO-NCRV since 1 January 2019.
Lucille establishes her own foundation in 2006: The Lucille Werner Foundation. This foundation is committed to positively influencing the image of people with disabilities. Lucille invents and presents several television formats, such as the Mis(s) Verkiezing, the CAPawards, the Cappies and the youth series Caps Club. In 2019 she comes up with a new format: the Minister for the Disabled.
Lucille believes in the power of mass media to make people with disabilities much more visible. The television programs contribute to a positive image of people with disabilities. Her commitment does not go unnoticed. In 2010, Lucille was named Ridder in de Orde van Oranje Nassau, in 2011 she won the Martin Luther King Award and in 2012 the Major Bosshardt Prize.
Parktheater Academy events will take place in the late afternoons in the Kameleon hall.
