Figaro, Barbier van Sevilla

In this adaptation of the original play Figaro by Beaumarchais (1785), we find ourselves in a timeless space of abstract cities that remind us of Madrid, Seville and Vienna. The music also adapts to the refreshed context, ignoring both period and style. The dance performance makes a mockery of established morality and thus remains true to the theme of the original play.
