Tussen schutting en vrees is a youth theater performance about being afraid of something that you don't know. About everything that can scare you and about fearing the fear itself. A show that probably does not end well ...

Jip has to give a speech. About his mother. But what should he tell about his mother?! His mother is just scared. Afraid of war, e-numbers, earthquakes and especially the new strange neighbor. Jip sees his neighbor differently, she dares everything, because she builds a roller coaster in her garden, but talking to her is forbidden.

After graduating from the Fontys Academy for Drama in 2016, young theater maker Anne van der Steen, together with director Annemiek Nienhuis from the WILDPARK youth theater platform, made her debut performance with Anne, 10 jaar, wil graag opgehaald worden. For this performance she is supported from thinX.
