They fled and arrived here. Going back is not an option. What is it like growing up as a child in an asylum seekers' center, in 'limbo' between past and future, isolated from society? 

In the dance performance #Kites#, Roshanak Morrowatian shares her own experiences, and those of children with a similar past, through memories and flashbacks. She examines the physical traces of her journey to the Netherlands and the long procedure that followed her arrival. In dance, images, music and text, the audience is taken into the experiences of a child on the run.
