A cinematically edited story in which film images, live dance and music come together to create a shared world.

We observe twelve characters who apparently have nothing to do with each other. In the latest performance by Conny Janssen Danst, we see slices of life via live dance and film images, and we zoom in on the various small lives. Lives in the city: each with its own rhythm and routine, each with its own desire. With a mosaic of stories, we discover what connects them. Where their individual lives touch each other without them even realizing it.

Conny Janssen presents pure dance that is colored with a human touch. Janssen also opts for dancers with an outspoken character who appear on stage as people of flesh and blood. Fragile, combative and passionate. The choreographer's motto: in a world that is becoming increasingly harsh and inhumane, we must make room for personal stories.
