A delightful, layered tragicomedy about the blended family. A new relationship takes on a completely different hue in the eyes of the ex-partner. Especially when it turns out that the old partner is not only part of your past, but also part of your identity.

Elisabeth and Nicolaas divorced after their marriage produced two children. They now both have new partners and spend the Christmas holidays in the holiday home they still own together. Despite their desire for harmony and their new relationships, Elisabeth and Nicolaas still seem to be very closely linked.

Four top actors play special double roles. In addition to their adult characters, they also play the children who are now saddled with each other in the wake of their parents’ choices.
