Jan Beuving's previous solo program, Rotatie, was nominated for a Poelifinario. Now he's back with a new program: Restante.

"Nothing remains," said the ancient Greeks. But don't believe an ancient Greek unless they're called Pythagoras or Euclid. Everything remains. Long division, hair in the shower drain, stories from your childhood. And math, of course, is the most eternal of all. Jan Beuving is also continuing to write songs and Tom Dicke is remaining at the grand piano. The next goal is to make a lasting impression.

About Jan Beuving

Jan Beuving won two Annie M.G. Schmidt Prizes, a Willem Wilmink Prize, a Neerlands Hoop and his recent solo program, Rotatie, was nominated for a Poelifinario. The press was elated: 'Clever jokes and flawless songs' (de Volkskrant), 'Original, funny and moving' (NRC) and the Theaterkrant wrote: 'a program that approaches perfection'.
