The melancholic, but always hopeful Marja van Katendrecht - she of the Tupperware containers - is concerned about the Dutch artists that we have lost and wants to keep their memories alive.

In a sparkling musical program, the energetic, disarming and honest Marja receives relatives with a slice of cake and a heartfelt 'Thank you for being here'. She opens the commemoration with the iconic Waarheen, waarvoor by Mieke Telkamp. Using known and unknown songs and anecdotes, Marja tells about the lives of Robert Long, Conny van den Bos, Rudy Carrell, Tante Leen, the Zangeres Zonder Naam and many others. A heartwarming and sometimes moving parade of the stars of yesteryear. Marja's Dooie Sterren Parade is a disconcerting event that, like a good farewell, connects sadness and pleasure.

About Marja
Marja van Katendrecht is, among other things, the Dutch ambassador of Rotterdam. She has been famous in her city and surroundings for years, and since the last theater season, the whole of the Netherlands has embraced her with Marja's Grote Tupper Topper Show.
