Starting out as an English-language band from the Peel, Rowwen Hèze has grown into one of the major Dutch pop music acts in recent decades. And all of that even with songs in the Limburg dialect. The music is a mix of Tex-Mex, Irish folk and American rock. The band has won many pop awards, including a Golden Harp and an Edison. Subdued and exuberant, melancholy and festive, restrained and energetic!
