Welkom in de Middeleeuwen

Presenter Dorine takes you on a crazy, dizzying journey through 1000 years of history. From muddy Germans to searching explorers, from brave crusaders to noble damsels. You'll meet Charlemagne, Joan of Arc, Christopher Columbus and William of Orange. Chivalry, plague or printing, everything passes by.

The famous couple Trui and Maarten are of course also present, armed with cutting commentary and infectious laughter. We'll do bloodletting, piss-watching and tooth-pulling. We will feast and gorge as only true medieval people can. And if you want to know if you're a witch? Get weighed at 'witch or no witch'- then you'll know for sure!

Tobias Nierop, Kim van Zeben, Teun Donders, Kiki van Deursen, Dick Kingma and Sophie de Wit perform dozens of roles, jump into a time machine and take us on a journey right through 1000 years of the Middle Ages. Expect catchy sketches, funny dances and catchy songs by Niek Barendsen.
