With The Debut, Via Rudolphi Productions has past event giving the new generation of theater makers a play for 15 years. You got here early: these are the pioneers that you will undoubtedly hear a lot about in the future.
During graduation presentations and theater festivals in the spring, debutants are scouted. Which performances you will check remains a surprise. The young makers are guided by Debut-er of the first hour George Tobal.
Many of the creators who previously participated in Het Debuut are growing into established names, such as: Rundfunk, Performance collective URLAND, ROTOR, Tarik Moree & Tim Olivier Somer, Marie-Mae van Zuilen, Julie Boellaard & Sweder de Sitter and Femi van Elshuis.
