A candid look into the world of big money and a mirror for anyone looking for meaning in work.

When, at the end of a long working day, Morgan Stanley intern Simon van Teutem's hair falls onto his keyboard, he af: what am I doing here? Like many other ambitious students, he wants to change the world. No world peace, cultured meat and climate breakthroughs, but Excel sheets, conference calls and events class flights. In conversation with hundreds of fellow students, bankers, lawyers and consultants, Simon van Teutem reconstructs in this theatercollege how idealistic young people disappear one by one into de bermudadriehoek van talent: banking, corporate law and consulting.

"Suits and Industry are fun, but this is how it really works."
