Jules Keeris searches for himself between village and city, soccer and theater, ambition and peace. Knegsel-Zuid is a personal, funny and moving journey full of contradictions - and full of love for Brabant.

In his second cabaret program, Jules explores his identity full of contradictions. He is a village boy in the city and vice versa. Super ambitious and equally longing for simplicity and tranquility. A 'soccer hooligan' in the cultural sector. Determined and hesitant. And now he is suddenly in his thirties: not young anymore, although he does not feel he belongs with the grote mensen. Knegsel-Zuid is about the fear of falling between shore and ship, but it is also an ode to his Brabant roots. Because he is proud of that. For this performance he collaborated with friend and songwriter JW Roy.
