Flip open any fairy tale book and the world is presented to you in good and evil, savior and victim, pants and dresses. Some dream of marriage and babies, others of fighting and adventure. That's the way it's past event told for years. But what if things could be different?
Step into a world full of unexpected twists, self-imposed rules and illogical fairy tales. In Huisje Boompje Beestje, a boring play corner turns into a sanctuary for dreams, adventures and fantasy. What begins as an innocent game grows into an explosion of ideas in which certainties are reversed. And vice versa.
The five players build a world in which rules are not followed, but questioned. Space is created to play, to doubt and to discover. Because a whole world lies open between he and she.
Huisje Boompje Beestje is hopeful, expressive musical theater full of original ideas, humor and sweet moments. A performance that shows that freedom begins with imagination.
