Bands and artists who caused a furor in Eindhoven and the rest of the Netherlands in the 1960s have joined forces to bring their greatest hits back to life. Especially for the 60th anniversary of the Parktheater we open our doors for everyone who wants to experience Back to the Sixties again and enjoy an unforgettable afternoon full of music, nostalgia and fun!

Practical information
As always, the event is free for young and old. Doors open at 1:30 pm and the program starts at 2 pm. The afternoon ends around 6 p.m. The Parktheater is wheelchair friendly: there is an elevator and the foyer is easily accessible. In addition, there are both standing and seated seats (not reservable).
Come enjoy a festive journey back in time and get carried away by the nostalgic sounds of the sixties!

About THE JERSEYS
Also this year THE JERSEYS will perform their well-known and familiar sound during the now traditional Back to The Sixties Festival.
The band currently consists of Peter de Graaf (solo guitar/keyboard), Timo Brouns (rhythm guitar/vocals), Albert Rooijakkers (drums), Gerard Muskens (bass guitar/vocals) and Piet Vingerhoets (rhythm/solo guitar/vocals). The band is fortunate to have Piet join the group.
About Route 66
In the late 1960s, the beat group SUNCYCLE was formed in the Eindhoven region. In the 90s they made a new start under the name ROUTE 66. The band brings you live on play a musical trip along the Highway of Classic-Rock and Nederbeat of the 60's,70's & more.
For over 10 years, the current line-up has consisted of singer Peter Vugts, drummer Frans Schellekens, keyboardist Walter Goyvaerts, bassist Paul Slaats and guitarists Frans Liebregts and Carlo Luijten.
About Mac Taple
The Eindhoven Rock'n'Roll band MAC TAPLE will again provide the closing performance this afternoon by request. After the great variety of sixties music from The Jerseys and Route 66, the over fifty years old Rock band will again close the afternoon with a splash. Special guest at Mac Taple is Louis Smeets, musician and radio, TV and music producer of NOS, among others.
After a broad musical stroom of the very diverse and especially recognizable top music from the sixties and a bit seventies, a whirling dance floor, standing tables, intimate seating areas and accompanying catering facilities, those Sixties will be revived and, above all, it will be enjoyable again!
