Isabelle Beernaert returns to the essence of our relationships, inspired by the eight forms of love from Greek philosophy. A total experience with live reworked evergreens from jazz, soul and rhythm & blues, among others. More than a dance performance: Amor Fati is a physical experience that makes love, longing and loss tangible.

From still life to living body.

After a rich career and a life full of intense experiences, Isabelle Beernaert is at a new artistic crossroads. In Amor Fati she re-examines the essence of human connection. How do breath, sensation and intention influence the way two bodies relate to each other? How does movement become an echo of our deepest feelings? Just as in a conversation the pauses give meaning to words, the silence between movements creates a sensual tension and a space where gravity becomes palpable. The body continues to speak, the connection strengthens.

Isabelle's unique choreographic signature invites us to check dance not merely as a visual art form, but to experience its physical intensity- as an echo of our own existence. Stillness and movement, surrender and resistance, passion and stillness. Amor Fati - do not fight fate, but embrace it in its full beauty.
