In Adam & Evert , two lovers flee to a luxury resort on an exotic island to unwind together. But while they feast on cocktails and buffets, their doubts and unspoken frustrations also take a place on the sun bed. And just when they think they can turn the tide, ex-relationship therapist Linda unexpectedly steps into their vacation - with her own chaotic love lessons and unsullied advice.
What follows is a tragicomic roller coaster full of sharp humor, recognizable quarrels and intimate moments that sometimes come too close. Adam & Evert balances between love and loss, humor and pain, and shows how we can sometimes completely lose ourselves (and each other) - and perhaps also find ourselves again.
