Ticket presale event
The ticket presale event takes place during the first 2 weeks following the release of the new theater programme in May. During the presale event, you have the best chance of getting tickets and securing the best seats because we work with an automated lottery system.
How does the lottery system work?
If you request tickets during the presale event, your request will be included in the lottery drawing. All available tickets for all shows will be distributed by lottery. Thus, everyone has an equal chance of getting tickets to their desired shows. You will receive an e-mail with the lottery results, stating which performances you’ve been drawn to attend in the new theater season.
Presale event for the 2019/20 programme
The presale event for the programme 19/20 was from Saturday, May 4th to Sunday, May 19th.
Online ticket sales
Buying tickets online at www.parktheater.nl is easy, safe and fast. Purchases can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Note: You need an account to buy tickets online.
Would you like information about how to create an account and buy tickets online?
Read these instructions
When purchasing tickets online, you can pay with Ideal or credit card. It is also possible to pay with gift cards or a Parktheater voucher (tegoedbon). At the theater box office, we also accept debit card and cash payments.
Paying with gift cards or a voucher
Parktheater accepts the following vouchers/gift cards:
- Tegoedbon Parktheater Eindhoven * (Parktheater voucher)
- Cadeaukaart Parktheater Eindhoven (Parktheater gift card)
- Podiumcadeaukaart * (Podium gift card)
- Kunst en Cultuurkaart / NR1 cadeau* (Art and culture card)
- VVV kaart * (VVV gift card)
You can use these options at the box office as well as online. For options indicated with a * , you can enter the code on the payment webpage. Is there no code visible on your card (perhaps you have an older version of one of these cards), or do you have a Gift Card from the Parktheater? Then, fill in this form after purchasing your tickets and send the form along with your voucher(s) to the ticket sales office (Kaartverkoop). The voucher amount will then be transferred back into your bank account as soon as possible.
Cancelling, exchanging and lost tickets
The season programme is subject to change; for example, a performance may be cancelled. In such a case, we will inform the ticket holders as soon as possible. In the event of a performance cancellation, you will receive a full refund of the amount you paid (excluding shipping costs).
Ticket exchange / return service
If you are unable to attend a performance, you can exchange your tickets for a different performance (free of charge) or for a voucher (€ 2.50 cancellation fee). Please contact us for further information.
Have you misplaced or lost your tickets? In that case, please contact us.
E-tickets / paper tickets by mail
When purchasing your tickets, you have a choice between e-tickets received by e-mail or paper tickets received in the mail (postal). E-tickets are tickets that are sent to you via e-mail, which you will then print at home and bring with you to the performance.
If you don't want to, or cannot, print the tickets yourself, you can opt for receiving paper tickets instead. These will be delivered in the mail to your home address. A € 2.50 fee will be charged for shipping.
Prices, BTW, service and shipping costs
The Hertog Jan Zaal (formerly the Grote Zaal) has three price categories, and the Philipszaal and Kameleon hall each have one price category. Ticket prices include use of the cloakroom, an intermission drink, BTW tax and service costs, but they exclude shipping costs (shipping costs are only charged when you request delivery of paper tickets by mail).
The service costs include system costs, data communication costs, sales costs, administration costs, customer service costs, banking costs and transaction costs.
In the event of a sold-out performance, you may request to be put on the waiting list. Please contact us if you wish to make such a request. If tickets become available, we will contact you.
Beware where you buy
Purchase your theater tickets safely and without worry! The best way to buy tickets is directly through Parktheater Eindhoven. There are many untrustworthy websites and resellers who buy and resell tickets in mass quantity without the artists’ permission.
And if you buy from them, then you are the victim as you generally end up paying too much. Some retailers charge prices that are double or triple the normal ticket price.
